Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status any time by logging into your account.
We deliver Australia-wide, including most PO Boxes and parcel lockers. A small number of remote postcodes may have longer delivery times or require an alternative courier — you'll be notified at checkout if that applies to your address.
If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a nearby depot.
